These smell VERY meaty, like they taste of some sort of added flavouring, and they are very salty.
You can see when you look closely that the skin has been rasped by some sort of rotary machine to remove the layer of fat underneath.
Some taste like nice porky quavers, but some taste of old boots, very leathery.
All the pieces are square, some large, and some small, but all square.
No dust at the bottom, which is pretty typical for pork crunch. this can also be a good sign of freshness.
