Purchased from: A supermarket in sunny Majorca
When travelling around this lonely planet, it would be rude of me not to keep my eyes open for the porky delights that might be on offer, no matter how unlikely. And so we find 007 snacks' offering in a small supermarket on the island of sunny Majorca.
An enormous bag, size wise, not weight wise.
An unusual smell upon opening the bag, they smell slightly of feet, but that may just be the effect of the Spanish lager and sea breeze, so we move on. After another sniff, I some to the conclusion that they just smell dry and actually of nothing.
A full range of sizes and shapes, fairly unusual for what are in fact pork crunch, which as we know have a tendency to have regular sizes and shapes.
They have a fairly pasty colouring, but none are over or even underdone, which is good.
They have a good consistency, they don't gum up your mouth like some crunch can, sadly though they have very little flavour, no porkyness, and no salt.
They have a good range of nice and puffy big squares and small denser ones. A few hard ones which can break the monotony of such a big bag.
Far too big a bag to finish by yourself, or in one sitting, I'm sure I'll attempt to finish the rest tomorrow.
