A standard bag which is of a good size. It's not a tiny retail bag like you get in some pubs. The design is nice, it's not too 'butcher's bag' like to scare off the novice, but equally it's not like a foil type bag that is used by the big producers.
The shapes inside are so totally random, it's beyond random, more random than we have ever seen before! The size of pieces found are mostly large, which is excellent. All are a good mouthful (two biters), very few small tiny nibbley ones.
Flavour wise, they are not too oily or salty, which is perfect for an 85g big bag. More oil and salt would get to you after a while! They have a very nice meaty flavour. The hardness is just right, not jawbreakers, no marshmallows, however a large extremely solid piece did scratch the inside of my mouth. This accident was probably due to me not paying enough attention to what i was doing, due to my enjoyment.
There was not much dust at the bottom, which would seem to indicate a good cooking process, and a fresh bag. The dust did not have many tiny pieces, which is just as we like for this size of bag. The dust was also not pure salt as can be sometimes found in packs of a lesser quality. overall superb, and the best yet!
