Expectations can affect your perception of taste!
Sometimes the pork scratching reviews we write end up being a little more or a little less favourable than you might expect.
The problem is that if we are in a good mood or we are looking forward to something, or even if the pub is nice and has put us at ease, there is the possibility of a more favourable review rating.
The opposite also applies.
Please bear this in mind when reading our reviews, and if your opinion differs from ours.
