Albert Heijn, Knabbelbacon Review

Purchased from: Albert Heijn Supermarket – Amsterdam, Holland

Hairy Bar Snack Review: VERY BACONY! Immediately I notice that these smell of bacon which is not a usual smell in the world of UK pork scratchings. The texture is like pork rinds, and they are very very light.

An odd selection of sizes, from 2 x 1cm to 4 x 5cm pieces, fairly flat, with no real curlers. A light bacon flavour, like real frazzles, pork rind, bacon rind, bacon flavour. They are also not very salty, so good for a session.

Not what I’d really call a pork scratching, which is why the low score, but nice all the same.
