The 2022 Pork Scratchings Advent Calendar from Snaffling Pig

Here we are again, it's the 7th year in a row that you have been able to buy the Snaffling Pig pork scratchings advent calendar.

As they announce, it's the world's first and original pork crackling advent calendar!

For Christmas 2022 the box is the same size as last year, measuring up to 54cm tall, 32cm wide and 3.6cm deep. As before, it's plastic-free and fully recyclable (Click here to see what 'was' inside the pork scratchings advent calendar).

They are sealed and fresh until March 2023. But remember, if you wait until nearer the expiry date you may be able to get your hands on a 'near to expiry' cheap pork scratchings calendar.

Hand-cooked and seasoned, there are the 24 x 5g packets of advent scratchings in five of the usual flavours, Perfectly Salted, Low & Slow BBQ, Salt 'N' Vinegar, Marvellous Maple, Black Pepper. Plus limited edition Pigs in Blankets flavour for festive frills.

If you have bought these before, you may remember, that in 2021 you got 24 x 8g bags. This year we are down to 5g per bag. This is a 37.5% reduction on last year. Another case of prices staying the same while the product size or weight gets smaller, or as it's also known, shrinkflation.
