We are also an Australian manufacture of Pork Crackle and Beef Jerky. Actually, located not far from the one listed. Did they send you some samples? I would be happy to send you some of our products for review. We use only Australian free-range pork, and Australian beef. Australian produce is known to be some of the best in the world.
