Scratching brand on sale: Mr Porky – Prime Cut Scratchings
Scratching location: I’ve been to this pub hundreds of times and never seen them. On this visit, we spied ONE pack on the side which we promptly bought. There may be some more bags at the other end of the bar, but we had no need to make the journey.
Pub review: A very ‘meeja’ London pub. Always busy, especially after work. Busy to the point of bursting. A great atmosphere, friendly staff and a feeling of security seeing the landlord and landlady on duty all the time. The Wooden floorboards are a new discovery, we found out that after the smoking ban came into force, the old carpet had a bad smell, so was binned. This revealed the old boards, nice. One of the few pubs in Soho that show major football matches, which makes it even busier. Fab.
