This is a recipe for how to make pork scratchings at home in your oven. A recipe might be too strong a term as there is only one ingredient. Maybe we should call it a method. Anyway here is our first attempt at making homemade pork scratchings at home, in the oven.

Homemade Pork Scratchings Recipe
Equipment
- An Oven
Ingredients
- 855 grams Pork Rind for Crackling
The other stuff you should already have
- 5 grams Salt for flavour
Instructions
- Morrisons Supermarket sells the skin by itself, so get in there.
- Without the wrapping, it's ready scored!
- Roll it out, stick it on a baking tray, whack the temperature up high, and stick it in the oven.
- Pull it out, check it, take a look.

- Bin the burned bits, keep the nice bits,
