A Bucket of Pork Crackling, from Hoosier Hill Farm, Indiana, USA.
Well, I just saw this on Amazon. It’s a bucket of Pork Crackling, from Hoosier Hill Farm!
500g (half a kilo) for pig skin, with a cheeky added BBQ flavour.
And they are available in the UK!
Maybe these are for the hospitality industry because I can’t see anyone easting 500g by themselves. I know, I know, not all things need to be eaten in one sitting!
These look a lot more link Pork Rinds than Pork Crackling, but a lot of times the names of porky snacks are unclear, mixed up, interchangeable and are different from country to country, so the answer is to buy some and find out.
I have added Hoosier Hill Farm to our Pork Scratchings producers page, so have a look, you will see them and a few others, and links to their websites.
